GENERAL REQUIREMENTS •Guests: Only clients actively receiving services are permitted in the Suite. No children allowed, unless being serviced and accompanied by guardian. •Hours/days outside of schedule Available by Request + weekend/ squeeze in fee. Request via Text or waitlist option on website. •For certainty of colors and textures outside of default boho please book at least 2 weeks in advance. •All sizes come standard 24” typically waist (mid torso about 2 inches above belly button for average height) •$50-$75 non-refundable deposit is required •Hair is provided with your service •Hair needs to be 4 inches or longer all around. •Please come with your hair properly washed, detangled, & blow-dried from root to end •For best results, please avoid fresh trims • I do not braid non-textured / straight hair •When booking, please make sure to use the “category” drop down to add selections from all 3 steps (select color plus add-ons) otherwise 1B is default color.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 75% charge Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 95% of that service There is a 15-minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $10 late fee (after 25 mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 100%)
